This book was fabulous. It validated a lot of my own thoughts and experiences. It also gave me ideas of how I can improve the working environment for myself and others. I would recommend that all teachers and administrators read this book and seriously consider the ideas shared therein.

This book is an excellent resource for anyone in the field of edcuation. It is fun and easy to read, plus there are specific strategies to use to keep both you and your students stress free. It will be an outstanding resource for me!
