Powerhouse now called XSport is quite a complete fitness club, offering yoga, aerobics, spinning classes, tanning and a thorough line of aerobic equipment and free weights/machines.
What I love about this gym is that it's open 24 hours. Are you inclined to go tanning after your 3am workout? Not a problem at XSport. There seems to be a high turn over rate with the staff, such as personal trainers and front desk people which gives me the impression that management has issues but if you tune them out and focus on what the gym has to offer I think it's pretty good. I don't care for the 100+ televisions all over the place but that's just my opinion.
Rates can vary, depending on who you deal with or how savy you are in striking a possibly bargain.
