Phoebe’s Cupcakes™ opened in Chicago with the sole purpose of creating the best gourmet cupcake anywhere. Each cupcake is hand-baked fresh throughout the day in small batches by culinary school trained pastry chefs. Every cupcake is hand-frosted and given its own unique, fun garnish on the top. We also make and sell Phoebe’s Cupcakes Coffee™, muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, Phoebe’s Pup Cakes™, and offer free wifi in the Chicago store.
Our velvety texture cake, and signature swirl Italian butter cream frosting are made with premium quality ingredients, including imported European chocolate, whole vanilla beans, and fresh fruit. You will be able to taste the difference.
We rotate our in-store menu among 200 premium gourmet cupcake flavors, ranging from classics such as Red Velvet, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Carrot Cake, to more exotic flavors such as Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Merlot, and Salted Caramel.
All 200 flavors are available for catered events in the Chicago area such as wedding cupcakes, parties, and other events. We are up to the challenge of meeting the demands of almost any custom order.

Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate cake with your choice of white or dark chocolate buttercream or vanilla or chocolate sugar frosting topped with chocolate sprinkles.
Red Velvet
Classic southern red velvet cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting topped with red sprinkles.
Grasshopper
Yellow cake with chocolate chips topped by a chocolate mint buttercream frosting with chocolate chips on the top.
Classic Yellow
Yellow cake with your choice of white or dark chocolate buttercream or vanilla or chocolate sugar frosting topped with confetti sprinkles.
Salted Caramel
Yellow cake soaked in home made caramel with caramel buttercream topped with Hymalain rose sea salt.
Carrot Cake
Carrot cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting topped with pecans.
Tiramisu
Yellow cakes soaked in espresso with a marsala wine cream cheese frosting dusted with extra brute cocoa.
Sparkling Pear
Fresh Bartlet pear cake with a champaigne buttercream topped with silver dragees. |
