The Dave Rudolf Halloween Spooktacular

The Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University proudly presents a family-friendly Halloween extravaganza for the first show of its 2009-2010 “Especially for Kids” series, the Dave Rudolf “Halloween Spooktacular” on Oct. 31 at 11 a.m. Kids have the opportunity to come dressed in costume and share the stage with Chicago musician Dave Rudolf for a ghoulishly delightful concert. To complete the afternoon, trick or treating takes place in Governors State University’s world-famous Nathan Manilow Sculpture Park immediately following the show (separate ticket purchase required). The Dave Rudolf “Halloween Spooktacular” provides ghost-friendly fun for the whole family. Rudolf entertains audiences of all ages with fun songs and stories to raise the hair on their funny bones. In addition to performing Halloween themed songs, Rudolf will lead kids in the Frankenstein Dance, and how to assemble the Skeleton Bones as well as the amazing Ghoul Limbo in a truly interactive, all-ages experience.
